Built from local Landes pine and topped with traditional canal tiles, the villa echoes the region’s oyster cabins while asserting a contemporary architectural identity. Inside, Jaune Architecture (Marine Delaloy and Paula Alvarez de Toledo) has created a distinctive atmosphere, blending bold colors, fine materials, and Franco-Mexican influences inspired by Frida Kahlo and Luis Barragán.
The mood is elegant yet relaxed. Custom furniture, wide glass doors opening onto greenery, and carefully layered light and textures give the house a warm, lived-in feel.
